Selling A Home?

Are You Thinking of Selling? Read This First!

Deciding to sell your home can be an exciting process. It can also be sad or stressful

depending on your reason for selling. Whatever your reason, I can help you

through the process and make it as easy and less stressful as possible.

5 Steps

Step 1

The first step in selling your house is finding a listing agent. You want to find a

realtor who is familiar with your specific area so that they can list your house

competitively to get you the most money and shortest time on market possible for

you. Are you wondering what your house might be worth? Call me to get a FREE

market analysis done on your house. You may be surprised at how much the value

of your house has increased in the last couple years.

Step 2

Once you decide to list your house, I can help you get it cleaned, decluttered and

staged. Ask me for a free staging guide. Once the house looks tip-top, I will

schedule professional pictures and videos to be taken of your house. Top quality

pictures do a lot to help get your house noticed by the right buyers.

in a short period of time. We can also set a date to review offers. That way you have

all the best offers together before you make a decision.

We will then go over all offers together and discuss which is best for you. Once you

accept an offer, the buyer will put down earnest money, schedule an inspection and

an appraisal. Once the inspection is done, the buyer will present you with inspection

objections if any. I will help you through this process to come to a resolution that

makes both parties happy.

Step 5

Usually the day before closing, the buyer will do a walk through to ensure that the

house is in the condition you agreed upon in the contract. Then we just wait for
