The structure is a very rustic 800 square foot cabin built in 1909. The only utility it has is electricity. There is no water to the property. A well would need to be drilled to have water. Heat is generated by a fireplace insert and an original antique wood stove in the "kitchen" that was used for cooking. The heat system for most properties in the area are powered by propane or electricity. There is also a non-working compost outhouse. The cabin roof, windows, and siding are in good condition..........................The lot size is just over an acre at 48,787 feet with mature trees on one end and a grassy knoll on the other end 48,787 feet. It has quick and easy access to Hiway 72. It's probably best to consider this to be a great building site. Come take a look and see for yourself.
